Music and academic instruction · California

Lessons that come to you, taught by people we have actually checked.

Piano, guitar, voice, maths, reading, test prep — in your home or online, with an instructor matched to your child rather than to a timetable.

Pay privately

Book directly, start this month

Choose an instructor, pick a time, and we confirm it. No membership, no term commitment, and the price you see is the price everyone pays.

Funded by a regional center

No copay

and no shared pay, ever

Your child may already be entitled to this

If your child is served by a regional center, instruction may be funded through their plan. You ask your service coordinator — we help you ask, and we do the paperwork with the agency.

How it works

  1. 01

    Tell us what you need

Subject, level, where you are, and when suits. Two minutes, no account.

  2. 02

    We match an instructor

Cleared, subject-matched, and able to reach you. You see who before you commit.

  3. 03

    Lessons start

You get a note after every lesson saying what was worked on. Funded families never see a bill.

What we check, and what we will not do

  • Every instructor holds a current background clearance

Not "we run checks" — a clearance that has lapsed removes an instructor from search and from booking automatically, the same day. It is enforced by the software, not by somebody remembering.

  • We never hold clinical records

No diagnosis, no assessment, no plan document. We hold what we need to teach your child and to be paid for it, and nothing else.

  • One price, published

What an agency pays is never more than what the public pays. The price list is on this site with the date it took effect, and old versions stay up.

Not sure where to start?

Most parents who reach us funded did not know it was possible. The check takes about two minutes, asks nothing medical, and tells you plainly which of four things to do next — including “nothing here fits, try this instead”.
